Members of the EME team are prepping for the 2014 "Color Me Rad" 5k for charity!!!

 

Color Me Rad is coming to Buffalo June 21, 2014!!!

Color Me Rad is a 5k Race where all the participants start off with a white shirt and, throughout the run, they are hit with "Color Bombs" of blue, green, pink, purple, and yellow ultimately finishing the race tie-dyed from head to toe.

So why is this run so popular right now? Color Me Rad's goal is to help raise money for charity, and to give back to the community by hosting the their unique 5k events in cities throughout New York. This year Color Me Rad has chosen the New York Special Olympics to be the recipient of all proceeds raised by this years events. The races started the last week in February and have sold out in every city so far with participants ranging from recreational runners to pro athletes all coming together to have fun and support a great cause.

Team members from EME will be participating in the run held at Darien Lake Theme Park. Each participant that registers will receive a free pass for Darien Theme Park.
